Giant Flowers

I love taking ordinary objects and making them really big when I work with children. The Giant Flower always puts a smile on my face. They can be made with any color paper and your children can decorate them with any craft materials you have on hand. Hand out a single flower or a bouquet for Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, a birthday or use as an invitation or card.

Materials: 

• glue
• markers/crayons/colored pencils
• scissors
• colored paper

Instructions:

1. Cut the paper into stems, petals, and the middle of a flower
2. Glue the middle and stem onto the petals 
3. Let children decorate the petals
